SEM’s HOPS 2.0 is a compact, independent unit that can be easily installed to clean up hydraulic oil. The technology is capable of handling viscosities between 3 and 700 cSt without changing components and has the capacity of up to 600 It/h oil circulation and up to 5It/hr water separation.

How does it work?

The technology provides compact oil remediation that combines drawing air gas into a stream of heated oil by vacuum, allowing for cleaning of hydraulic oil on board.

The process also offers removal of both, mineral and synthetic oils. Not only it is resistant to oxidation, thermal breakdown and oil sludge problems, but it also removes free and emulsified water in addition to entrapped gasses.

By reducing the contamination of water and gas in hydraulic systems, a number of problems can be eliminated including:
